Cgtextures.com is one of the best resources on the Internet for high-quality skies and texture images. Many of the images are seamless and tileable, and the ones that are not are still very useful. They have hundreds of images to download, you can choose between either low or high resolutions. Almost all of the images are about 3000x2000 pixels, and the hig-res full skies are 8000x2000!
